FAMILY INFO/BACKGROUND
Darren and Marci helped pioneer the Conway Campus joining Pastor Rick in June 2001. Darren is responsible for helping to implement and execute the vision and the values of NLC while overseeing the ministries and leadership teams on a weekly basis. Darren has a heart for families and to see people discover their unique design and lead where God has established them in the local church.
Darren and his wife Marci have been married 15 years and have two children, Darren Jr.(age 12) and Kara(age 10).
