The Journey will be doing an outreach at Ida Burns Elementary on Saturday May 15 at 8 AM

Here are a few items at hand and in question to you all:
*Add shelving to Wilchie's room along the wall
*Add flower beds around flag poles - using the brick from the path
*Add a concrete path to the rocks and mulch path and using the rocks elsewhere (June project to allow plenty time to dry/set)
*Spray flower beds with Round Up to keep weeds away - school purchasing the Round Up
*Spray "bug away" to flowers (not sure what that chemical is called) - may not be needed
*possibly paint a Kg classroom (not sure if she will be ready by then) - will need some "Kiltzs" for ac panel) - if district has and provides the paint
*Adding labels to Literacy Coach's project to prep for next year - Mrs. Page providing all materials and directions

Chris Hodges will be at NLC this weekend. As founding and senior pastor of Church of the Highlands, Chris Hodges
is known for his relevant teaching style and his passion for raising up
leaders all around the world to fulfill the Great Commission. Chris and
his wife Tammy have five children and live in Birmingham, Alabama, where
Church of the Highlands began in 2001.
